  • What is the delivery time?

-  Your items will be packed and shipped within 24-48 hours and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

-  We do not ship orders out during the weekends and public/bank Holidays in Malaysia.

-  Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on the next Monday or Tuesday.

-  Orders placed on a public holiday in Malaysia will be shipped on the next working day.

A tracking code will be emailed to the email address we have on file. Do double check that you have input the correct email address and/or telephone number so we can promptly contact you when needed. Please track your order here. All packages require a signature to receive. When no one is at the door, a registered mail slip should be placed at your door with instructions on how to collect your package.

  • How many days does it take for my parcel to be delivered?

For delivery in major cities, it usually takes 2-5 days to complete delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. Meanwhile, it takes about 3-7 days for delivery to/from East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). It might take longer if an address is categorized as out of delivery area (ODA), which may take 7-10 days.

  • What should I do if my parcels has not been delivered after the given time frame?

  • I put the wrong shipping address, or made a mistake on my order, can you change it?

If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please call us at 016-792 7201 or eMail If it’s after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and your order number (if available). 

  • What if the parcel already sent out?

We will unfortunately not be liable for items sent to a wrong shipping address provided. As all packages come with a tracking number, we will try our best to help track down your package and direct it to your correct address. Any re-shipping charges incurred will be charged to the customer for the wrong address provided.
