- Do you have a physical shop?
No, We do not have physical shop. Although we only exist online, there are still many ways to stay in touch with us.
- Why should i provide my email address when I order?
Your information stays privately with us. It’s important to have a way for our customer service team to contact you about your order so nothing surprising happens! We also want to make sure you get our email confirmation as a record of the order. Working with customers makes us happy; we just need a way to keep the lines of communication open.
- Are your stones real?
we would state the material (like cubic zirconia or resin) on the products description. Please refer the product's material on products page.
- Do you do stone cleansing?
Unfortunately, we are not able to do so as we are not experts in new age stone therapy. All stones are however pre-cleansed with water for hygiene purposes before selling.
- Do you do custom design?
Unfortunately, we do not provide 'tailor' like services at the moment. What we have are on our web-store or listed on Instagram.
- I have sensitive skin, are your products suitable for me?
The metal plating of every jewelry we sell will be listed on the description of each product's page. Do check to make sure you are not purchasing an item with a metal you are allergic to.
- Do you offer jewelry repair?
No! We do not offer repairs however we will replace any lost parts like jump rings or clasps free of charge. However, shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.
- Can I wash my hands wearing rings?
We would recommend removing them when you are washing your hands or showering so as to keep it shiny and scratch-free for as long as possible. This will also prevent any damage by accident.
- Can you help me polish a jewellery item?
Unfortunately, we are not able to help polishing any item bought in our site.
- Do you make custom orders?
Unfortunately no. At the moment we are not able to take custom orders.

- What is the difference between gold vermeil and gold plated?
Gold plated is usually a metal such as brass or nickel or any other type of metal covered with electroplated gold. Gold vermeil is sterling silver covered with electroplated gold and is higher in quality. It is also the best option for people who have allergic reactions to metal jewelry.
