  • What's your returns & exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for all products, except sales items from the date you receive your item (according to tracking information or the date you purchased at the store). We offer free replacements for all lost packages, damaged items or wrong items sent in your order. If you would like to exchange for a piece that is of lesser value than the item you've purchased, we will be able to return you the balance of the item in store credits that do not expire. We are unable to return the balance in cash or rebate it back to your credit card. If you would like to exchange for a jewellery piece that is of a higher value that the item you purchased, a top up will be required.


  • How do I proceed with returns/exchange?

 Mail it back to us: Simply drop us an email with an image of your item and we will get back to you within 2 working days. Once we have processed your request and checked that the item you'd like to exchange for is available, you may proceed to return your item to us.

  • Will you cover my return shipping cost?

Unfortunately, we will not be covering any shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We recommend using a mode of shipping that is trackable on your end as we will not be liable for lost packages. 


  • I received a damaged product / wrong item, how do I proceed?

In the unlikely event that damage occurred due to postal handling or a wrong item has been sent to you, we will offer a free replacement for your item. Simply contact us for a 1 to 1 exchange or email us with an image of your item and we will take care of the rest.


  • Do you do refunds?

Yes, we will be able to process a refund in store credits. Store credits do not expire and it will be added to your customer account online. Please refer to the Store Credits section below for more instructions on how to check your balance and use your store credits. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any refunds by cash. 


  • I am buying this as a gift, can my recipient exchange for something else if she doesn't like it or if it doesn't fit her?

Yes, your receiver can exchange for something else! If you would like to exchange for a piece that is of lesser value than the item you've purchased, we will be able to return you the balance of the item in store credits that do not expire.
